We recently had our loft conversion completed by Watts & Co Construction and couldn’t be happier with the result.
From start to finish, the whole team were excellent. Communication throughout the project was great, they kept us informed at every stage and, importantly, the work came in on budget. The quality of the workmanship was to a really high standard, and the team were professional, reliable and respectful of our home throughout.
The finished loft has completely transformed our house and we are really pleased with how it has turned out.
We are now looking at having our garage converted and will definitely be going back to Watts & Co Construction to do the work. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering a building project.
Excellent workmanship, great communication and a company we would happily use again.

Watts and Co completed a HMO conversion for me last year. They were second to none.

Not only was the property done to a very high spec, but also the team communicated every step of the way with me, this really helped as this was my first HMO project. Sam and Matty have done a really fantastic job.

Thank you so much and looking forward to the next one.

Watts & Co Construction did a fantastic job of knocking through the tired kitchen and dining room of the house I’d just bought in Alwoodley, they installed quite intricate steels and then fitted a new kitchen and bi fold doors with a fantastic view. Fantastic job from start to finish.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. They are extremely thorough - everything regarding our kitchen fitting was planned out and communicated clearly both in person and in email. Everyone was pleasant and polite, they explained what they planned to do on each visit. The kitchen looks amazing. Thankyou so much.
